The facilities in JOSE MORERA, S.L. are designed to optimize the processes that take place in them.

The factory carries out the processes of reception of raw materials and elements of packaging , the manufacture of different compounds and formulations using last generation machinery, the packaging of different products under a strict Quality Control and, finally, storage previous to shipping to the Customer.

All these processes are connected to each other in a clear, specific and efficient way, minimizing delay times, so that each area is receptor and simultaneously provider of other areas.

Different Quality indicators, always with the objective to of not only avoid and to prevent failures, but to devise and to apply new alternatives that mean improvement, control its operation.

Traceability implies the exact knowledge of all and each one of the raw materials, reactors and machines, as well as of the people (with full name) that have taken part in each one of the packages provided to our customers. This is Control.

The laboratory takes part in all the areas, in a precise and exact way. Controlling supplies, manufactures, calibrating and verifying the equipment of inspection and test, proposing improvements in the productive processes. Looking after the good operation of this complex machinery in which different departments and areas take part.
