Quality is present in both the daily processes and those we plan facing the future. Therefore, Quality is in our production process, packaging, purchase of raw materials, commercial management, internal administration, customer care service, management and treatment of our waste, in the daily work of the specifications control laboratory and, of course, in research.
In the design of our Factory, environment has been present since the beginning. This implies the control in and of each one of our industrial activities, minimizing our waste in the process of chemical production.
One of the factors that distinguishes JOSÉ MORERA, S.L. in an everyday more competitive sector is our capacity of investigation and innovation. Global Agriculture and, besides the Spanish agriculture, require specific and more technical solutions, but also more simple and also more economical solutions. The investigation of new products is born from the customer, and matured in our hands. Traceability implies the exact knowledge of all and each one of the raw materials, reactors and machines, as well as of the people (with full name) that has taken part in each one of the packages provided to our Customers. This is Control.
Our Laboratory takes an important role in all the areas, in a precise and exact way, controlling the supplies, manufacture, calibrating and verifying the equipment of inspection and test, proposing improvements in the productive processes. Looking after this complex machinery in which different departments and areas take part.
